WARTS
It is the benign epithelial hyperplasia caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
Symptoms are exactly the same as for adults.
In children warts are usually contracted at school, at home, at the gym, the swimming pool etc.
Warts develop on the palms, the soles of the feet, the face, the genitals or the perianal area.
Children’s warts can be treated as can adult warts, but treatment always depends on the affected area, the family and the child’s age.
